Uygulama olmadan silme talebi
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız, giriş yaptığınız Google hesabının e-posta adresinden
mmbsoftware.dev@gmail.com
adresine "Hesabımı silin" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Hesabınız en geç 30 gün içinde silinir.
Silinen veriler
- Google ile giriş hesabınız
- Buluttaki şantiye yedekleriniz
- Abonelik kaydınız ve AI kullanım haklarınız
- Uygulamadan silindiğinde, o telefondaki şantiyeleriniz
Tutulan veriler
- Satın alma makbuzu (mali kayıt; yasal saklama süresince). Hesabınızla bağı kaldırılır.
- Şifrelenmiş cihaz özeti (ücretsiz deneme hakkının kötüye kullanımını önlemek için). Kişiyle ilişkilendirilmez.
- Anonim kullanım ve çökme istatistikleri (zaten kimlik içermez).
Hesabı silmek Google Play aboneliğini durdurmaz. Aboneliğiniz varsa önce
Play Store > Ödemeler ve abonelikler bölümünden iptal edin.
Delete from the app
- Open SiteMaster AI and sign in with your Google account.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my account at the bottom and confirm.
Request deletion without the app
If you can't access the app, email
mmbsoftware.dev@gmail.com
from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". Your account will be deleted within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
- Your Google sign-in account
- Your cloud backups of projects
- Your subscription record and AI usage allowance
- When deleted from the app, the projects on that phone
Data that is kept
- Purchase receipts (financial records, for the legally required period), unlinked from your account.
- A hashed device fingerprint (to prevent free-trial abuse), not linked to you.
- Anonymous usage and crash statistics (they contain no identity).
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in
Play Store > Payments & subscriptions.
